The Federation of Young European Greens General Assembly (GA) will take place between 28 - 30 May 2026 in Bozen/Bulsan/Bolzano, South Tyrol, Italy with Compromise Amendment Sessions taking place online in advance.

Read the general conditions before registering. FYEG assumes that all people registering READ, UNDERSTOOD, and AGREED to the general conditions, the financial conditions, and the conditions corresponding to the participant category.

This is the FIRST phase of the registration process (purchase of your ticket).
Registration is completed after submitting the registration form through the link sent via email after purchasing your ticket!

Anyone participating in the GA who wishes to apply for exceptions to the conditions listed below should use THIS FORM before registering in case the exception concerns participation fees, or THIS FORM within 3 days after registering in case it concerns the reimbursement of travel expenses.
By registering, it is understood that you read, understood, and agreed to the financial conditions.
- 1st delegates: officially nominated by the MOs. 1st delegates do not pay participation fee and are eligible to get their travels reimbursed up to the limit specified in the financial guidelines, with the corresponding penalisation for late booking if applicable.
- 2nd delegates: officially nominated by the MOs. 2nd delegates pay a participation fee that is halved for gender-balanced delegations (in which at least one of the delegates self-identifies as woman, trans, genderqueer, non-binary, or agender). Make sure to select the correct category. 2nd delegates are not eligible for the reimbursement of their travels.
- Candidates to the EC pay a participation fee and are eligible to get their travels reimbursed up to the limit specified in the financial guidelines, with the corresponding penalisation for late booking if applicable. A candidate for EC may also be a MO delegate, but they should register as candidate to EC (later on they will be able to indicate that they are a MO delegate).
- Candidates to FCAC and EEB should join as observers (or as delegates of their MO, therefore registering as such).
- Full-board Observers are limited to one per MO (letter of confirmation from the MO should be submitted in order to finalise the registration). They pay a participation fee that covers accommodation (organised by FYEG with the other participants) and meals.
- Basic-board Observers: extra participants from FYEG bodies, partners, etc. They pay a participation fee that covers meals and other logistics expenses. They should organise their own accommodation.
- Presidency, outgoing EC and FYEG office members do not pay a participation fee, and their trips are reimbursed within the limit and in line with the financial conditions.
